Is Lash Pop™ safe for lash extensions?

Absolutely! Lash Pop™ is designed for lash extensions, lash clusters, strip lashes, lash lifts, and natural lashes. The soft bristles help gently separate and groom lashes without tugging when used properly.

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your Lash Pop™ every step of the way.

Can I return my Lash Pop™?

Yes! We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within our return window. All retunes must be processed within 48hrs

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. Because Lash Pop™ is designed for use around the eyes, this policy helps protect all of our customers from contamination.

Is there anything inside the tube?

No. The tube is intentionally empty and designed to store your lash brush between uses.

Unlike traditional lash spoolies that are often left exposed in purses, makeup bags, or pockets, Lash Pop™ helps protect your brush from dust, bacteria, lint, and other everyday contaminants while you're on the go.

How often should I clean my Lash Pop™?

Cleaning frequency depends on how often you use your Lash Pop™.

If you use it daily, especially after workouts, while wearing makeup, or when your lashes are wet, we recommend cleaning it whenever you notice product buildup.

To clean:

Wash the brush with a gentle facial cleanser or mild soap.
Use the included cleaning brush to clean the inside of the tube.
Leave both the brush and tube open to air dry completely before storing.
